All locationsFrom spreadsheet to workflow
When repeated data entry and one person's memory hold a process together, start with the workflow underneath. Build a small operating layer around the tools you already use.
Structure the customer, job, order, or patient data the process depends on. Connect it to your existing systems so the same details do not need to be entered repeatedly.
Prepare quotes, scheduling proposals, updates, and invoice drafts. Keep a person approving actions that involve money or a customer commitment.
See the state of the work and where it is stuck. Establish an operational owner, with runbooks and evaluations for your team or managed support through InTech Operate.
A closer look

Brandon, Riverview, Valrico, and the rest of east Hillsborough County (opens in a new tab) grew fast, and a lot of the businesses here grew with it: contractors, home service companies, medical and dental practices, distributors off I-75 and the Crosstown, and services firms run by the people who started them. The common thread is a company that outgrew its systems and is held together by spreadsheets, group texts, and one or two people who know where everything is.
InTech Ideas is an AI strategy, product engineering, and managed operations firm based in Wesley Chapel and Certified in the Claude Partner Network. For businesses like these, the work usually starts with getting off the spreadsheet: not by buying another subscription, but by building the operating layer your business actually needs and owning it.
If you answer yes to three or more of these, you are past the point where a spreadsheet is the right tool, and past the point where a generic AI tool will help on its own.
None of these are technology failures. They are signs that the business has real workflows that were never designed, and that AI has just made it affordable to design them.
We do not replace a spreadsheet with a chatbot. We replace it with a small, governed operating layer, built one workflow at a time.
The starting point is a fixed-scope assessment on the Workflow track. The first workflow then goes into an Express Pod. An Express Pod puts one measurable improvement into production in weeks, with the timeline agreed in the Intent Contract before build starts. The assessment has a fixed price, and Express and Build Pods are scoped and quoted for each engagement, so you see the price before anything starts. The related guides on moving from spreadsheets to software and a single source of truth go deeper.
Owner-operators worry, reasonably, that "AI automation" means losing control of how the business runs. It does not.
Our Anthropic-certified practitioners design and build most of these systems on Claude with the Claude Agent SDK and Claude Code. We also build with OpenAI's GPT models, ChatGPT and Codex, and with Google Gemini where they fit, and every system is designed so the model can change without a rebuild. See our Claude Partner Network page.
Wesley Chapel to Brandon is about thirty-five minutes down I-75. We come to you for discovery, because seeing the spreadsheet and the whiteboard in person tells us more than a call. Delivery is remote by default in US working hours. We serve Brandon, Riverview, Valrico, Seffner, Plant City, and Apollo Beach, with Tampa to the west, Lakeland to the east, and the full Tampa Bay area beyond.
Good questions
Yes. We typically work with owner-operated businesses of five to fifty people. The assessment and Express Pod are fixed scope and sized for that kind of business, and you see the price before anything starts.
Usually not. We connect the systems you already use and build the operating layer on top. Where a tool is genuinely the problem, the assessment will say so, and you decide.
The fixed-scope assessment comes first. The first workflow then runs in production within an Express Pod, in weeks. Most businesses retire the spreadsheet one workflow at a time rather than all at once, and that is the safer path.
We will not pretend to know your numbers before the assessment. Cost depends on the number of systems and the complexity of the workflow. We scope it after an assessment and give you a clear price before work starts. Once the system is built, the ongoing costs are your model usage and hosting, plus InTech Operate only if you choose it. The baseline we measure in the assessment is exactly what lets you compare the system's cost to a hire.
Yes. InTech Ideas is Certified in the Claude Partner Network, and our team includes Anthropic-certified practitioners. They hold Claude Certified Architect, Developer, and Associate credentials. We are not limited to Claude and pick the model that fits.
