These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of this website only. The engagement, delivery, and commercial terms for all InTech Ideas professional services — including software development, product strategy, and engineering execution — are governed exclusively by the applicable Master Services Agreement (MSA) and Statement of Work (SOW) executed between InTech Ideas and each client.
Nothing on this Site constitutes an offer to provide services, a warranty of service outcomes, or a binding commitment of any kind. All service engagements require a duly executed MSA and SOW.
The Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, InTech Ideas disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information on the Site.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, InTech Ideas and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and InTech Ideas with respect to your use of the Site. For clients, the applicable MSA and SOW supersede these Terms with respect to the provision of professional services.
