Tell us about your product or your operations, including any system you inherited, and we’ll tell you honestly whether we can help and what we’d do first.
Start with our AI agent. Find your next step.

Tell us what’s broken — or what should be possible next. Give us enough context and we’ll come back with something useful. We reply within one business day.
Two ways in: your product or your operations. Each one starts with the same short conversation about what's constrained.
Product · Selected
AI-native competitors, delivery pressure, and a product that should be doing more. We'll find where AI changes the roadmap — and build it.
Start a Product Opportunity AssessmentOperations
SaaS sprawl, fragmented data, exceptions eating your best people's time. We'll redesign the workflow and operate the system that sustains it.
Start a Workflow AssessmentOperations · Inherited system
A fragile custom app, an ungoverned AI pilot, an inherited integration estate. We'll assess it, stabilize it, and take responsible control.

That's what the discovery call is for — we'll route you. Bring the symptom; we'll help name the constraint underneath it.
Set up a Discovery CallA working conversation
A discovery call is a working conversation. The questions come before any recommendation — and the people asking them are the people who would frame the work.
A person on our team reads them and replies within one business day to schedule a 25-minute discovery call on Microsoft Teams.
An experienced practitioner asks about your product, your workflows, and which outcome is stuck. Not a demo. Not a pitch.
If we're the right fit, we'll recommend the right first step — most often an assessment. If we're not, we'll say so and point you somewhere better.
No follow-up pressure. If you want to move, we'll scope the assessment and your first Intent Contract. If you need time, take it.
The discovery call is free, low-pressure, and designed to give you clarity — not to close a deal.
Before we talk
The assessment is a fixed-scope engagement — you'll know the price before you commit. Pod and InTech Operate pricing depends on scope and coverage. Cloud, model, and vendor usage is shown separately, so you can see exactly what you are paying for.
No — deciding what AI should change is the first thing we do together. Most clients arrive with friction, not a spec. Most new engagements start with an assessment; every engagement starts with clear intent and a measurable baseline.
One accountable team stays responsible from opportunity through operation: delivery from several regions, including the United States and Latin America, with shared context and overlapping US business hours. QA, DevOps, design, and managed operations work alongside them under CRAFT governance, not as rotating contractors working from a ticket queue. Specialists join as needed, and because intent, decisions and context are written down under CRAFT, they carry forward when people change.
Launch is not where our responsibility ends. Through InTech Operate we run the system, govern the AI's behavior, and review business outcomes with you quarterly — and what we learn in production shapes what we build next.
We'll tell you. We'd rather be honest upfront than start an engagement that isn't set up for success — and we'll decline a system that can't be governed or measured. If we're not the right partner, we'll point you in a better direction.
Yes. We're happy to connect you with references once we've had an initial conversation and understand your needs.
Yes. For a system we didn't build, we start with a Managed Transition Assessment. We assess and stabilize what already exists, accept responsibility only after explicit criteria are met, then use operating evidence to drive modernization and AI priorities. Context carries forward from assessment into operation.
Critical 24/7 coverage exists for systems with a justified business requirement — defined per system, not a default.
Yes. We specialize in Claude, and InTech Ideas is Certified in the Claude Partner Network, but we design every system so the model can be swapped.
The discovery call is a conversation, not a commitment.
You'll talk with an experienced practitioner who understands the kind of product, workflow, or system you are dealing with.
We'll tell you if we're not the right partner — and where to go instead.
